This Privacy Policy explains how Wind Apps (the “Apps”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you install and use our application through the Wix platform.

1. Information We Collect

• Site & account data. When you install the App, Wix provides us with your site instance identifier and the billing plan associated with it. We do not receive your Wix login credentials.
• Content you provide. The URLs, contact details, media, and other data you enter into the App to configure its features.
• Usage & event analytics. When your content is accessed or an interaction is tracked, we record aggregated, anonymized events — timestamp, approximate geographic region, device type, and referrer. IP addresses are stored only as an irreversible hash and never in raw form.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, store, and serve the features you configure in the App.
• To provide usage statistics and analytics inside your dashboard.
• To enforce plan limits and deliver premium features to eligible sites.
• To operate, secure, and improve the App.

3. Legal Basis & Data Minimization

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Our analytics are designed to be privacy-preserving: we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not store raw visitor IP addresses (only a salted hash for abuse prevention and unique-visitor counting).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf (for example, our cloud database, storage, and CDN providers) and with Wix as required to operate the App on its platform.

5. Data Retention

Your content and its analytics are retained while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App or delete an item, the associated data is scheduled for removal from our active systems.
